Electrical Installation Condition Reports in Lincolnshire
Do I Need One?
If you're a landlord to a private tenant the answer is simply "yes".
Landlord electrical certificates play an important role when taking care of the safety of your tenants, and our Electrical Certificates ensure you are able to prove that you’ve taken reasonable measures to do so. To this end, a full electrical inspection should be carried out every three or five years depending the results or recommendations of any previous inspections.
This inspection checks the condition of electrical wiring throughout the accommodation and intensively checks the the electrical installation and concludes it’s safety.
What Happens Then?
After all electrics are checked thoroughly a 'Electrical Installation Condition Report' will be sent to you electronically. It advises whether the electrical installation is safe or if any works are required to meet current legislative safety requirements.
What Should I Do Now?
Simply contact Pilgrim Electrical Services today and we will arrange the inspection for you.
